Breakfast at Wachinango's
We've always heard, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day," but why is that? It starts your engines and sets the mood for the rest of the day. You know how when you skip breakfast, you can't really focus, you feel a bit slow, and all you think about is food (well, I do at least!) Starting your day with a healthy meal, with protein, veggies, and a bit from all sections of the food pyramid, not only wakes up your body but gives it the fuel it needs. Our friends at Wachinango's have a delicious breakfast menu that we just have to show it off!
Here are some of our favorite breakfast menu items:

Redneck Benedicts
An amazing twist on a classic. Two eggs poached to perfection served on a grilled biscuit with shredded pork belly, covered with a creamy white sauce made with sausage. Served with a side of pork beans and country potatoes. I mean, just look at it!

Supreme Omelette
A French-style omelette (which, according to Allrecipes, is 10% ingredients and 90% technique, and Chef Manny has the technique mastered.) What makes this omelette supreme? It comes with all the smoked meats! Brisket, ribs, chicken, and of course, pork belly.

Chalio Eggs
Two eggs, sunny side up, served over a "tostada," a crispy tortilla with ham, grilled shrimp, chorizo and to top it off, smothered in red sauce. If you're looking for a flavorful way to start your day, this is it!

Bush Omelette
Another French-style omelette, with spam and ham. Don't knock it till you try it; it's surprisingly amazing! It comes covered in the same white sauce made with sausage as the Redneck Benedicts.
Those are just some of my favorites, what are yours?
