Best Breakfast Spots in Cabo

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it give you an energy boost, but it also encourages healthier eating throughout the day, stimulates the brain, and even kick-starts your metabolism. In no particular order, we'll talk about some of the best breakfast options in Cabo, depending on what you're looking for.

The Ledge French Toast & Lobster Benedict.

The Ledge by Thompson Hotel

Three words: Sunday Brunch Buffet. They have so many delicious options like ceviche, sushi, eggs made however you'd like, cuts of steak, dessert table, and more. But the one thing you CANNOT miss if you go there is their French Toast. When I say I was speechless the first time I tried it, I'm not lying. Served with dollops of cream and berries, it's a thick cut of bread that, for some, could be a challenge to cook correctly, that they have mastered and kill every single time. Another dish that attracts people from all over the place is the Lobster Benedict.

Bonus: Mama's Royal Cafe

If you're looking for delicious French Toast on a budget, they have a stuffed French Toast that will rock your taste buds. Pictured to the left.

Casa Sola

This Café & Brunch place might be a bit hidden, but it's worth finding. They have very cute indoor and outdoor seating, where you can enjoy some of the best Eggs Benedicts you'll find in Cabo. But take a look at their whole menu; they have so much to offer!

El Squid Roe

Did you know this place offers much more than just the best of Cabos nightlife? You can start your day off with their Drunken Eggs (Huevos Ranchebrios) their take on Huevos Rancheros. Another dish that is oh so good from here is their Breakfast Tacos, my mouth is watering just thinking about them.

Tacos El Sebas

It might sound weird, but head tacos are the bomb, and this place has the best in town. They are so tender and juicy; they're kind of similar to birria. They come accompanied by a cup of "consome" that's the cherry on top. They're the perfect cure for a hangover, so they might be a little packed on the weekends.

The Office on the Beach

Located on Medano Beach, they offer an array of delicious food. Soak in the sun and view as you enjoy their hot cakes with banana.

Hoja Santa

This place is a bit off the beaten path. But you'll be happy you went. It might not look like much from the outside, but once you're inside, you're in a world of deliciousness. My heart belongs to their quesabirrias. A portion of three quesabirrias also comes with two eggs, prepared however you like. They also have a great drink menu, from coffee drinks to energize your day to mixology.
