Terms of Use

Last updated

These terms govern your use of this website. Cabo Hospitality LLC also stands behind the online sales made through our brands — see the section on buying, below.

What this site is

This is the home of a collective of hospitality brands based in Cabo San Lucas. It publishes information about those brands and about Los Cabos as a destination.

Nothing is sold on this website itself. Reservations, passes and merchandise are bought on the individual brands’ own sites.

Who you are buying from

When you do buy, Cabo Hospitality LLC is the merchant of record. That is the name that appears on your card statement, whichever of our sites you started on, and this company is the party to that transaction.

What you are entitled to — cancellation windows, transfers, what a deposit covers — is set by the terms you agreed to at checkout on that brand’s site. Those terms govern the purchase; this page does not override them.

Accuracy

We write about a destination that changes. Opening hours, seasons, operators and conditions move, and travel information here is guidance rather than a guarantee. Confirm anything your plans depend on.

Where we describe the sea — which beaches are calm and which are not — we are describing what the water usually does, not promising what it will do on the day you visit.

Links to our brands and to third parties

Links to our own brands lead to sites we operate. Our journal also recommends places we do not own — restaurants, bars, tour operators — and those are recommendations, not endorsements we are paid for and not businesses we control.
