User Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Services, except where a service is explicitly marked as family- or child-appropriate.

For activities involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking and take full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with partner venues, activity providers, or service providers only as needed to fulfill your booking or membership benefits.

You agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the courts of Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
