When you submit a form here, we collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, a phone number if you give one, and anything you write in the message field.

We also record how you arrived — the campaign or referring site, and the page you landed on — so we know which of our efforts brought you here. We do not build an advertising profile of you on this domain.

Cabo Hospitality LLC is the merchant of record for online sales made through our brands, so a purchase is a transaction with this company even when it starts on another of our sites.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches us — Stripe handles it and returns only what we need to recognise the payment and to help you if something goes wrong.

What we do hold is the order itself: what was bought, when, the name and contact details you gave, and enough of the card to identify it on a statement.

When you apply through our careers page we collect what you type: your name, your email address, a phone number if you give one, the role you are after, a link if you share one, and what you write about yourself.

We do not accept file attachments and we do not store documents — a link is all the form takes. What you send is read by a person at Cabo Hospitality LLC in Cabo San Lucas and is kept separate from the lists we use for marketing, so applying never subscribes you to anything.

We keep an application for 12 months in case something opens that fits it, and then delete it. Write to info@cabohospitality.com at any time and we will delete it sooner.

Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel. This website is hosted by Vercel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Visits to this website are counted by Metricool. When a page loads, your browser requests a tiny image from Metricool, which tells it this site was visited, along with your IP address and browser type — as any web request does. It learns which site you visited, not which page, and it sets no cookie.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the companies named on this page.

Every newsletter we send carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@cabohospitality.com. We will action it. Where a record has to be kept for tax or accounting reasons, we will tell you which and why.
