The kind of work each house does
This is not a vacancy list. We are not always hiring for everything, and we would rather tell you that than leave a role posted that closed months ago. El Squid Roe publishes what it is actually looking for; the rest is here so you know who you would be writing to.
- El Squid Roe
- Floor and bar, kitchen and back-of-house, security, and the street team. It is the only house that publishes what it is hiring for, so start there.
- Get Party Access
- Concierge and hosting across two destinations, and promoters who work the ground in both.
- Baja Pass
- Partner relationships across Baja — signing the businesses that honour the pass, and keeping them.
- Hecho en Cabo
- Design, film and editing, development, and the studio itself. The workshop is physical and it is in Cabo San Lucas.
What happens when you apply
- It goes to a person in Cabo San Lucas, not to an inbox nobody opens.
- We keep your application for 12 months in case something opens that fits, then it is deleted. Ask us at any point and we will delete it sooner.
- Send a link rather than a file — a portfolio, a LinkedIn profile, a shared drive. We do not accept attachments, and we do not store documents.
