Tell us the shape of the night.

Most group nights in Los Cabos already have a house that runs them, and going straight there is faster than going through us. Here is how to tell which one — and what to send us instead.

Go straight to the house that runs it

Each of these takes its own bookings, holds its own calendar and answers with someone who works there. We would only be forwarding your message.

  • One venue, all night — any size, seated or standing.

It owns the room, the event staff and the billing. Three floors, and it will tell you the exact capacity.

El Squid Roe · private events
  • A night that moves between rooms, for a bigger group.

It is the concierge. It builds the route, staffs it with hosts, and already books El Squid Roe alongside the rest of the night.

Get Party Access · private events
  • A small group and one table.

A standard table needs no quote and no human in the loop. Book it and it is done.

El Squid Roe · bottle service

What we take on ourselves

Three kinds of enquiry do not belong to any one house, because they cross several of them. Those are the ones worth sending here.

A programme over several days
A week that touches more than one house and more than one night. No single venue form can hold it, so it stays with us.
An incentive or conference group
Team trips and offsites that need a plan rather than a table — and one person who answers for all of it.
A night plus film, content or signage
When the room needs the studio too. Hecho en Cabo is twenty minutes from every venue on this list, which is the entire reason this is easy for us and hard for anyone else.

Whatever the night turns into, the venue takes the booking and the deposit — we are the company behind Hecho en Cabo and the houses, not a middleman standing between you and them.

Send it here

If it is one of those three, or you genuinely cannot tell which house it belongs to, this reaches the office in Cabo San Lucas.
